Dedicated and extremely knowledgeable

This is my 3rd transaction with Mint Grant. I have sold 1 home and purchased 2 homes with Mint Grant. The marketing she uses is not only strategically implemented property by property, she also uses the latest marketing tools available. Prior to listing my home she gave excellent advise on how to stage my home for the best possible picture's and offers. After listing my home we had several offers within 2 days, accepted a generous over asking, and had sold sign up on the 3rd day with all my needs met in the contract. She is an awesome negotiator. Mint trys to be available at all times. I wouldn't use anyone else to by or sell my property.
