I worked with Brandon Trowbridge on the sale of my childhood home after my Dad passed away. I have never met Brandon prior to this. It was the same time the market was having challenges due to the increase in interest rates. It was a very emotional time for me and these challenges did not serve. me well. The appraisal came back with a good size list of repairs as the house is 50 years old. Based upon my wishes, Brandon negotiated to get the repairs limited and hold the buyer responsible for the repairs. At the end, closing did get delayed, but not on our side. Brandon is completely "buttoned up" in his buying/selling process. From that first meeting, I knew Brandon Trowbridge was the perfect realtor to sell my Dad's house.
