Personable, kind, patient, and knowledgeable
Lauren was absolutely fantastic throughout our whole buying process. She was patient with us in our search that took almost a year until we were ready to buy. She was quick to answer any questions, genuine, and supportive. Just what we needed as first time buyers. So grateful knowing we have her continued support as well. Additionally, she is just a kind individual with a lovely personality.

Unsurpassed Agent
Lauren was excellent and an honest real estate professional. Her expertise and analysis of the market and continued efforts to follow trends placed our house in good position to be sold within a reasonable time frame, especially in a time when buyer trends were down due to the inflated interest rates. The continued analysis and her frequent updates kept us informed as well as what to realistically expect for sale price and proceeds. We are very satisfied with the proceeds we received. Her communication style was much appreciated. She almost always was immediately available when contacting her and the return calls were quick. Lauren made the process of selling less stressful as she went above and beyond what I would have expected of an agent. An example of going above and beyond she arranged to have anything to be out of working order to be fixed as we lived out of state during the sale of our house. I could list numerous actions she took that were above and beyond. If I were needing to sell property again, she would be the first agent I would call.
