Sale of my father’ home

Sale of my father’ home. Chris assisted my brother and I in selling my father’s home after he passed away. The home needed a good amount of cleaning and repairs. Chris came to the home and did a full walk-through. He assisted us in determining what needed to be done to sell the home and maximize the sale price. We followed Chris’ lead and did as he suggested. Chris took the time to find contractors to assist with certain items and even dedicated some of his own time to help us make repairs. At one point, he even helped me replace a window at the house. I can’t thank Chris enough for his hard work and dedication towards the sale of our father’s house. We sold it on the first Open House and we sold it for much more than we expected. If I ever need to purchase or sell a home, I will most definitely use Chris in the future. He’s honest and has the utmost integrity. Thank you Chris!!
