•From the start Braden instantly made us feel comfortable and that our needs were the priority. We were not quite ready when we first met, but he stuck by us until we were. When we did find the home we wanted we still felt we were not ready but he encouraged us to go for it. Thankfully we listened to him. He dilengently worked to connect us to the loan officers, financial advisors, and titling companies that were best for us. They were all thorough and he was beside us through the whole process. Braden touched base with us on a regular basis. During the closing I would not have wanted anyone else in our corner. Braden protected us from the sellers extra wants as well as any hiccups along the way. We highly recommend Braden Lopez Biggs to anyone searching for a home.
