Choosing a Real Estate Agent can be challenging. Working with Christa was the greatest decision of our lives. She made selling and buying enjoyable. We absolutely loved working with Christa so much that when given an opportunity, we would be honored to work alongside with her again! When we first consulted with Christa in March (of 2022) we weren’t sure exactly what we wanted to do. We were simply exploring our options in hopes we’d find a rental property. Christa is thorough, detailed, organized, puntual, ambitious, explores all options beforehand and then presents them to you to make your life easier, and really listens to her clients. Her input, experience, expertise, guidance and wisdom really helped us in making the best decision. Christa is a true professional! She is 100% invested and committed. I cannot tell you how many times I texted her in the middle of the night with a thought or an idea and she was available. I’d send her several homes at a time For showings and she would respond back with an itinerary within minutes. She WOWED us and surpassed any expectations we had. Christa made us feel like we were her only clients. We fell in love with a home, submitted an offer, however it was denied due to not having a solid contingency. At 9 months pregnant Christa took in my kitchen to discuss the listing of our home, took excellent photos of our home, discussed next steps and in less than 2 weeks, we were under contract and our offer was accepted! She communicated effectively with all parties throughout the entire process! I’d like to add that she didn’t show any signs of being overwhelmed at any moment even through the pressure! My family and I are forever grateful for all of her hard work and dedication. She went above and beyond. She also negotiated a killer deal for us in which our sellers agreed to pay for our closing costs! We are thankful from the bottom of our hearts. THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!!
