Excellent market knowledge for solar homes in an age-restricted gated community.

Tara provided us with her keen insight into the specialized market our home was located in. It was not a rosy picture even though initially we thought we knew better. After reviewing her analysis and reading more about the greater Arizona market we understood our pricing position had to change. We dropped our price and sold the home within 1-2 weeks after finally listening to her sage advice. The final price was slightly lower than what we paid a couple years ago but she was spot on and we received a fair market price in about a month’s time. She also had an outstanding array of quality service providers like her tile and carpet cleaner, handy man for minor repairs, house cleaner, window washer and Title/Closing agents.
