•David is a patient listener and excellent advocate for clients. We were advised by other realtors previously to not ask below listing price in certain cases after price drops. Of course every house and market is different, but David listened to our concerns and made sure to advocate in our best interest in every situation. He was able to get us excellent seller concessions, asked below listing price (even though i didnt think it would work but it did!), and also made sure to ask for items that some other agents wouldnt have been willing to ask (i know as i had asked a previous agent). We landed our dream home and at a price much more reasonable than expected at the start of our home search. Highly recommend him. Huge plus is he also speaks Mandarin!
