•Extremely helpful and explains the process both before and as it is happening. Let's you know what to expect at each step of the way. He is very knowledgeable for both sides of it. I used him to purchase my first home and to sell a home. He always makes time for you and what ever questions you have he will answer in a professional and very politically way or will let you know he doesn't know but will find the answer for you. He may have had other clients in various stages of their sale/purchase but you wouldn't know because he knows what it means to be there for you. You will feel like you are the priority because he will make it so.
