About this property

I always loved this home for many reasons. Mainly because of the beautiful, updated custom kitchen cabinets with lots of large quiet self-closing drawers for dishes, eating utensils, pots, and pans, etc. The kitchen is open to the great room which is great when we have family and friends visit. We loved that the two bedrooms are separated by the great room at opposite ends of the home. Both bedrooms have nice walk-in closets. I like that the laundry room is inside the house and has a bright solar tube skylight and a nice sized folding table. I love that the back yard is huge and has 5 different citrus trees. The patio is also very large, and half covered. This outdoor space is ideal for entertaining. I also really appreciated the totally fenced back yard which is so peaceful. The location is excellent, close to hospital, stores, and The Kuentz Rec Center. I hope that you enjoy this home as much as we did.
