•Jane is the resident expert when it comes to realty in our neighborhood. She lives in the surrounding area and is well versed on the history of the area. When she got word we were likely going to be moving due to the military, she kindly stopped by and gave us a multi-page cost analysis of the house and neighborhood to allow us to be informed. She was not pushy nor did she try to sell us on anything - she was simply giving us some information and introduced herself. Nearly a year later, it came time to move and we decided to call up Jane as we really appreciated her proactiveness and kind gesture. She worked around our chaotic schedule and was always on time for every appointment. My wife and I really appreciated how Jane knew the history of the neighborhood and made it clear that she was there for us. She kept us in the loop for every stop and made the process extremely easy to understand. We really appreciated that she was never pushy and we truly felt like our home was in great hands as the selling process unfolded. In regards to the sale, it was extremely well handled and we had zero issues all the way through closing. There was a fair amount of juggling needed due to the buyers schedules (and ours) - Jane handled it like it was no big deal. Overall, we would 100% recommend Jane Pritchard as she was easy to work with, fun, personable to all, compassionate about her job, and got us an great price for our home.
