Tammy was the listing agent on the home I sold...

Tammy was the listing agent on the home I sold and also represented me on the home I bought. I received multiple competing offers over my asking price on the FIRST day the listing went live. I accepted one of the offers and within that same week, she helped me negotiate over $40K off the price of the home I bought in a highly desirable neighborhood during a red hot real estate market. Even better, Tammy helped ensure that we were able to close on both properties on the same day, 7/7/2020. This was huge! I ended up paying $203/square foot on the move-in ready home I bought with the 12-month average of the eight homes sold in my direct neighborhood being $255/square foot. My new home also appraised for $120K more than our closing price! Can you say equity? Between the over ask closing price on the sale of my previous home, the negotiated offer on the home I bought, and the moving/time costs saved from the same day close, I estimate that she brought over $100K in value to the table. Needless to say, I am more than happy with the work she did! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone wants a highly experienced and professional realtor to represent them.
