Kim was essential to the process of finding my home and I would have not been able to buy this home without her. As a first-time buyer I wasn’t sure what to expect but I reasonably assumed the process would be stressful. From our first conversation, Kimberly immediately me feel like I had a real star player on my team. She didn’t just send me listings—she asked thoughtful questions about what I valued most and was willing to adjust preference on. She took me on tours when I said I wanted to get an overall feel of different neighborhoods. She never made me feel rushed, pressured, or unheard. It gave me confidence that I was making a smart decision by using her in this process, while other agents felt more like car salesmen when I spoke with them or asked them questions about prospective homes.
