KIM IS EXCELLENT

Kim was essential to the process of finding my home and I would have not been able to buy this home without her. As a first-time buyer I wasn’t sure what to expect but I reasonably assumed the process would be stressful. From our first conversation, Kimberly immediately me feel like I had a real star player on my team. She didn’t just send me listings—she asked thoughtful questions about what I valued most and was willing to adjust preference on. She took me on tours when I said I wanted to get an overall feel of different neighborhoods. She never made me feel rushed, pressured, or unheard. It gave me confidence that I was making a smart decision by using her in this process, while other agents felt more like car salesmen when I spoke with them or asked them questions about prospective homes. What really stood out was how communicative she was. Kimberly was quick to respond, no matter the time...I tested this, and even at 11pm or 5am, she was there!). She never made me feel like my questions were a burden. She explained every step clearly and in plain language, from financing to inspections to BINSR submittal, to closing, and I never felt lost. What could have been much harder ended up feeling OK because she broke it all down in a way that made sense to me. I cannot say enough about Kim's offer strategy and negotiation. I had a fixed budget and those skills made all the difference. In a buyer-favoarble market, she helped me understand the game and what my strengths were, and I truly don’t think I’d have been able to win the negotiations without her guidance. Kim was so genuine and attentive to my questions and concerns. I never felt pushed toward a decision or like she was just trying to close the deal. It was clear the first priority she had thoughtout the process was helping me find the right place. For anyone who needs an agent, and values working with someone professional but approachable and genuinely invested in your success: Kim is the right choice!
