Lewis knows the business. Knowledge and experience can only go so far- it's RESULTS that's most important. Lewis offers honesty and diligence, which is hard to come by. He has access to many resources and openly offers referrals. Like a diamond in the rough- he was able to get our 1st submitted offer ACCEPTED! Now how often does THAT happen? Does he ever sleep, can't tell, because he stays busy and handling business. I'm one to ask many questions and some numerous times, however, Lewis demonstrated patience and although he could answer most if not all- he made sure to be kind enough to follow up when/if needed. Homeownership is a HUGE deal and it matters when you feel you have an agent on YOUR side. Overall, he has great work ethic. Professional, responsive, consistent and follows through.

After contacting Alex, We handed over the keys. He did the rest getting the inspection report done ahead of time, Cleaning, staging. He sold our home way over asking within a couple of weeks. He even recommended us a real estate agent in the new city we moved to and we bought a beautiful property. I would highly recommend this Alex to everyone. He answered all our questions and was very responsive to all our text ,emails and phone calls.
