Performed well beyond expectations
As a first time homeowner, I wasn't sure what to expect from a realtor besides negotiations and a point of contact. Alex went the extra mile and taught me extensively about the process every step of the way. From informing us about general pitfalls to avoid, to going into great detail about situations specific to our scenario depending on the house inspection and surroundings, he often anticipates our needs and has no issues with being transparent and thorough. As we were buying a home and found ourselves running into some unexpected setbacks, he was able to remain flexible and keep everything on track. He was more than willing to go out of his way to do things beyond the scope of what one expects from a realtor, and to say that he was courteous and warm is an understatement. If you want someone savvy, straightforward, and friendly, you won't go wrong with Alex.

Lewis Sanders III is really number ONE!
From the first time I met Lewis, I immediately knew that he was going to be my realtor, but more importantly, a friend. During the selling of my residence in Mountain House to the purchasing of my new condo in San Ramon, I always felt that he had my best interest in mind. If I had any questions, he was always easily accessible. Lewis is a very trustworthy person and a man who shows respect to others at all times. I witnessed it first hand when he was dealing with another agent who was very rude to him. Lewis went out of his way many times to help me out when I needed it. I will always be grateful to him and happy to call him my friend!

Sale of property
Lewis was phenomenal. My sale turned difficult due to unforeseen surprises. Many agents would have lost this sale. I would highly recommend Lewis for anyone looking to buy or sell. He is knowledgeable, respectful, and easy to reach. His hands on approach and clear communication was very helpful. I'd recommend him 💯

Sold it like it was her own!
Selling your house can be both stressful & emotional. Through the entire process she understood our goal and what our family needed so well, that she was passionate about helping us. During the beginning of our sale the market went through a dramatic shift, and we felt like her estimated comps were accurate even in the storm of all the unknowns. She was always on time, very helpful and offered services we had not even thought about to make our sake & move the easiest! Deborah communicated well and in the end we felt like we had a long time friend. Our goal was her goal, and she defended us like it was her own! Highly recommend her services and can’t wait to use her when we’re ready to buy our next home!
