My husband and I have bought and sold several homes over our lifetime. Our experience with Maureen was exemplary from the start when she replied to our inquiry about our property within the hour, and was able to arrange our first home visit the next day. From start to finish, Maureen demonstrated her attention to detail by being efficient and dependable, answered all of our questions promptly and thoroughly, and we were able to turn our home purchase around in less than 4 weeks. Her ability to negotiate on our behalf and keep our plans on track is a testament to her professionalism as a Buyers Agent. We will certainly call Maureen when we need to buy or sell another home in the future! Thank you, Maureen, for making this transaction painless and smooth!

Maureen truly is the model realtor as her market knowledge was very good, her communication was remarkable and we believe that she always conducted quite professionally. She simply made us feel that Grand Junction was the place we wanted to be.

Paula is a very professional, knowledgeable realtor who is also very pleasant to work with. She understands the local housing market, did a great job of pricing my home, and gave me great advice through the sales process. I would definitely work with her again!

Tyler was knowledgeable about the market so the initial price was great. He was willing to work and commit time. He was ready with advice. The only thing I was unhappy about was the buyers agent's commision. I think 3% was too much. I am happy to get this sale done.
