•Fu went above and beyond what was expected to help us sell our house in Orange County. He did a great job of finding the right companies to stage and market the home for the open house. This led to us getting multiple offers the first weekend the home was on the market. An offer was accepted from us in only one day of showing over the asking price by $175,000.00. He was extremely accommodating regarding scheduling viewings with potential buyers coming out in the rental and selling process. He also made himself available to meet contractors who needed to get into the house when we were not available. On a scale of 1 to 10, Fu achieved a 10 from us.
