My husband and I reached out to Met once we knew we were ready to purchase a house. We knew we wanted to work with a realtor who not only knew the ins and outs of the home buying process but would also take care of us as clients. From the very beginning we felt Met had our best interests at heart and was very mindful of what we were looking for in a home. Throughout the entire process he informed us of what to expect and made the whole experience stress-free (despite social isolation protocols). We never felt pressured or rushed to do anything. If we had questions, Met always took the time to explain things in detail, whether it was about the escrow process or questions about the home inspection report. I have some background in the mortgage industry and can attest that his knowledge of the industry was very impressive. We knew we were in good hands. Once we started escrow, Met and his team were very timely corresponding with our lender and made sure the ball kept rolling. We were able to electronically sign all applicable documents from the comfort of our couch, and before we knew it we closed on our dream home and have joined the ranks of proud homeowners. Met was part of the home buying process with my wife and I since day one. He was able to give us a better understanding about the market and what options we had between new and a "used" home. Met gave us tools from online house shopping to providing a lender we could talk to and help us with the process. We were able to make and offer and beat out two existing offers to get our starter home. I want to thank Met for taking our question-filled phone calls and emails.
