•How fortunate we were that in our time of sadness to receive a hidden blessing. That blessing was Max Letendre. We were suddenly responsible for all of our Mothers responsibilities. This included the selling of her home. Luckily Max was our representative to assist us with this unbelievably complicated operation. It was obvious from the very beginning that were were dealing a very knowledgeable and professional individual. From the way he presented himself in his speaking ability and his appearance, he was immediately impressive. We knew were in good hands. This is a man with a plan!! Max was there for every aspect of preparing the house for sale. He knew exactly what visual aspects of this home that would make a most sellable. He gave us good recommendations of what needed to be done to make our Moms home the most appealing. Most of the household possessions needed to be removed before the house was viewed by any perspective buyers. Max worked with us to advise what should stay and what must go. He, himself even arranged some furniture to make rooms appear larger and uncluttered. He was skilled in knowing how to make a great presentation. Through any issues that did arise, Max was right there with us to advise and recommend. Do to his great assistance, we quickly received a full price offer. It was very assuring to know Max was there through the critical buyer inspections. We knew he would make sure that we were treated fairly. That he had our best interest in mind for any possible repair that might be needed or to be negotiated. Through this entire process Max's incredible abilities made this sale happen. He not only conducts himself as a professional real estate agent, he is also a kind and caring individual. He represents his clients like he would family or friends! I would utilize Max for any future real estate transactions if at all possible. I would also recommend him to all of my friends and and family!!
