PERFECTION!!! I met Tamara at a random open house me and my family attended. We knew from the initial contact she was the one to help us during our home search journey. When we were ready to start looking with her she was accommodating and made us feel so comfortable. We were moving down to the Copper Canyon area in Murrieta from Los Angeles. She worked around our very hectic and busy work schedules. She also helped with our 3 little ones during the home search. We had to bring them along most days, and she made them and us feel welcome and not pressured at all. She still answeres all of our phone calls. She addresses all of our concerns. She is one of a kind. We are so pleased with the amount of time and work Tamara and her team put into making sure our family found our dream home in the perfect community right next to the school. Nubia was so amazing during our home search from the beginning to the day she makes you feel like her only client, we lost my mother during the process of us finding a home and she even went the extra mile to take care of our home cleaning and packing my mothers items, to searching for airplane tickets she was truly amazing, she even would take my father out so he oils have some one to talk to, if your looking for a home Nubia is who you should go with she's been in the business for many many years she is kind, loyal, and trustworthy.

Theresa Atalla is an intelligent, persistent, caring and extremely hardworking real estate agent. She was the listing agent for my condo, that sold in 30 days! Because we updated the condo, and she found an excellent "stager", we were able to get top dollar. Even before my condo sold, she drove me everywhere for over 3 months to find another property for a "1031 tax deferred exchange", and she was very skillful in negotiating the sales price, especially since there were 2 to 4 offers on some properties. We closed in 45 days! As a listing agent, she holds more "open houses" for her clients than her counterparts. In difficult situations, she is able to negotiate and provide a "win" "win" solution for her clients. I will definitely hire her again! She does a super job!
