Nice person, not great at communicating, flexible, might be new to the career.
Lucas was very flexible on hours of meeting up for showings. He seemed to be on the newer side of reality. He was very professional but he struggled with communication, especially during the closing process. He really struggled to tell us exactly what was going on. We also had to set up all the closing procedures ( home inspections, and any other inspections, also need to have plumbing fixed before we could close). We plus our bank had to call a plumber after weeks of him telling us that one of his plumbers would come out and they never did. Any of our previous Realtors made us set any of the closing stuff up they did all that for us. But we really really struggled with him at closing we got more answers from our loan officer than Lucas.
But when we were signing our closing paperwork he stated that he has never closed with these sellers and would do his best on explaining everything. But the only good part of the closing is that he was able to meet up with us where we picked and the time.
But he was a nice person but I’m not sure he was the right Realitor for me and my family
