Full Service Professional!

This was our first time selling a house, and to top it off we only had two months to complete everything before moving overseas. From accurate pricing of the house in the initial meeting, to helping us find quality contractors to fix, paint, and clean the house, to helping us get to the airport after a last minute snafu — Brittny's unwavering calm and seemingly endless network was key in us maintaining our sanity throughout the transition. About two weeks before we listed our house, my husband and I noticed that bigger houses were suddenly starting to drop their prices to lower than we were planning to list but since she had confidence in their research on the area, we never spoke about it. Within one week of listing our house, we were under contract for just 2k less than listed, a negotiation Brittny came to and walked us through. Proving that her research was not on vain. Communication was consist despite the 12+ hour time difference. There was never a time we were unaware of what was happening, or blindly signing anything. She always made it clear where we stood, what our numbers looked like, and our time frame. Our house was officially sold in 30 days. Considering we listed it only weeks before Christmas really shows the preparation, professionalism, and true stewardship she maintains. I recommend her to ANYONE looking to sell their home.
