•Antonio was quick and efficient even from the first meeting. He had everything prepared and seemed to know the market well. He seemed to have a great track of the market and expected pricing as evidenced by us getting more than expected on our house with little to no wait. We had multiple offers within a few showings. His open house went splendidly. Above the usual realtor duties he was always accessible day and night answering my questions and checking in despite my hectic day/night work schedule. He was available to meet people for inspection/repair if I was not, and was great with our 2 dogs who also loved him. His multiple local connections saved us big time on some repairs that could've gotten costly. I'm mostly sad that our house has now sold only because it means we don't get to hang out as much anymore.
