I found RealityOne Group via Google.. I went to their visually stunning website and was instantly impressed I was able to read about each agent and gage what type of properties they specialized in. I unknowingly sent an email to Charissa, thinking her experience and personality seemed to mesh well with my expectations, not knowing she was the OWNER!! She contacted me within a day and setup an appointment to view my property. I loved how down to earth, knowledgeable and charismatic she was. Her estimated assessment of our property was basically spot on for what it sold for. The process went very smoothly, even with me being 8 months pregnant & moving across the country—PLUS the buyers throwing hiccups at every turn. Charissa even kept me updated while she was ON VACATION! I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for her attentiveness. She and her team took care of EVERYTHING. I needed a cleaner, she was able to get someone there within 2days. One of the buyer’s realtors locked themselves out the property, Charissa had the locks replaced. Robin was in my corner through every step of purchasing my new home. She was knowledgeable, patient, kind, understanding and willing to fight for me. She even went so far as to get firm with my loan officer, as he was slacking. I don't know how I would have e navigated this process without her. I am typically not a person who connects with realtors as I find them pushy and only looking for a sale, so I had always researched for what I was looking for on my own. That all changed after meeting this amazing realtor, Robin Shealy! She is not your typical realtor. Robin was wonderful to work with as she was thorough and her communication skills were reliable; She kept me informed and updated at all times. She always protected my interests, and pointed things out that were important to the value of any property I had inquired about purchasing; Even up to closing, when there were issues needing to be resolved with the home I was buying, she encouraged me to make the best choice for myself, stating there are other homes available, "I want you to be happy in your new home and that is what is most important." I will be recommeding Robin to anyone I know who is, either, looking to buy or sale, because she is honest, caring, and very ethical in dealing with clients.
