Antonio knowledge and helpfulness was superb. He was available for all my questions, doubts and fears. He never left me in question about this process at all. When there was things that frustrated me, he kept a calmness demeanor and assured me that there was nothing to worry about and handle many of the issues. He went far and beyond with this process and I will and have referred him to bother buyers and sellers of future properties.

I had a slightly complicated home sale due to a VA Loan Assumption. Antonio was able to navigate it with ease and guide me along the way. He made the process easy for me. I referred him to several of my friends and they also had nothing but positive things to say about him. Long story short: he’s a powerhouse. Professional, dedicated, and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use Antonio, or refer to family/friends, in the future.

I’ve had nothing but the best experiences with Antonio I went through four other agents before I stumbled upon him He is trust worthy, polite, Professional, honest, Friend and representative. He helped close on my first home and sell it so I got the full experience. If you need someone to help you guide you through your experience it would be silly to look to anyone else. Antonio was quick and efficient even from the first meeting. He had everything prepared and seemed to know the market well. He seemed to have a great track of the market and expected pricing as evidenced by us getting more than expected on our house with little to no wait. We had multiple offers within a few showings. His open house went splendidly. Above the usual realtor duties he was always accessible day and night answering my questions and checking in despite my hectic day/night work schedule. He was available to meet people for inspection/repair if I was not, and was great with our 2 dogs who also loved him. His multiple local connections saved us big time on some repairs that could've gotten costly. I'm mostly sad that our house has now sold only because it means we don't get to hang out as much anymore.

This is our second house Robin has sold for us and I highly recommend her. She got back to me almost immediately when I had any questions, she knows the market and had both of my houses under contract fast. When a issue arose she took care of it immediately or notified us so we could discuss it. She is a joy to work with in the selling process.

I was named executor of the estate of a close friend. One of the tasks I had was to sell his house. I'm not from Aiken and knew few people. My son helped find Robin Shealy through the realty company they both work for. This was a difficult situation that was thrown into Robin's lap and she simply took off and ran with it. She gave me sound, timely advice at every turn. She helped me find someone for the appraisal, for pool maintenance & service, and even for lawn care(since I live in another part of the state). I felt at ease from the start when I met Robin and her husband Brent. She guided me through the process, including the inevitable "bumps" in the road. She was very patient when I wasn't. She was calm when I was agitated. She kept me focused when I was wandering off the path. Let's face it. You have many choices when you decide to sell your home. Friends, family, your neices brother's cousin, etc. If you want the job done right, you want it done by someone who will give laser focus to your needs. You want it done by an individual who has extensive knowledge of the real estate market and can give you sound guidance on everything from pricing to recommended upgrades. Antonio was great to work with. He helped me with every step and process I needed with getting my home. He was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process. I hated when it came to an end because Antonio became like a friend and family member to myself and my mom. Antonio helped us inspect multiple properties and find one we wanted to purchase. We consistently communicated what we were looking for, what our thought processes were, and where we were interested. He did a great job of collecting information, asking us what we needed, and trying to run it all to ground. Ultimately, we were able to find a property we wanted to acquire, and Antonio went to bat for us throughout the process.
