Supportive and professional throughout our home journey

We worked with Tammira to both buy and later sell our home. The purchase process went smoothly, and she was helpful in coordinating everything on a tight timeline. That said, the inspector she recommended missed several issues that came up shortly after we moved in, which was frustrating. When it came time to sell, we stayed with Tammira for continuity. She was consistently available and responsive, which we appreciated. However, we didn’t always feel aligned on strategy, and communication didn’t feel as collaborative as we would’ve liked. Ultimately, we sold at a $15K loss, which was tough. If you're considering working with her, I’d recommend being really clear about your expectations. She was professional and dependable throughout, and we’re grateful for the support she did provide.
