•Working with LaTosha was easy and amazing from beginning to end. I was uncertain about selling my home and LaTosha diligently educated me without any added pressure which means a lot to me. I went to view one home on a Friday and by Sunday it was off of the market because of LaTosha’s strategic approach regarding submitting my offer. My offer outbid several other offers and I was able to purchase my single family home! She helped me prepare in any way that she could to sell my home. She was able to sell my previous home and help me purchase another home in a little over 45 days. I was very busy during this process and LaTosha was amazing at communicating with me surrounding my schedule and availability with emails and phone calls with myself and my lender when I was unable to. She also made herself available to complete the second half of my inspection and relay everything to me which was above and beyond and I am extremely grateful for her. I have worked with other agents in the past and she by far has been the best and I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants a dedicated, knowledgeable and genuine agent to assist them in selling or purchasing a home or property! Thank you LaTosha and I can’t say that enough. I’ll be referring her to my family and friends and I’ll also hire her to purchase my next property for sure!
