Process was fast and was well above our expectations.
Joey Johnson was extremely honest and transparent. He made himself available to us at all times. He constantly wanted to know whether or not he could do anything to make this process run smoothly. For example making trips to the donation centers to drop off items, making himself available in overseeing projects that needed to be completed as required by the inspector.
She kept us abreast at all times as to the progress of our sale.
Wow!!! I am still overwhelmed by the wonderful service we received from Maria. Her service went way beyond our expectations. She scheduled the first open house within less than a week of hiring her. Immediately offers started pouring in. She was in touch with us almost daily with updates. Items that needed to be addressed were immediately scheduled for repair as per the inspection report. She had a host of contractors available and all we had to do was just choose one. Our property sold in no time for more than expected. We can’t thank her enough for making this process quick and easy. In the end we knew we not only found a top realtor but a good friend.
