I truly believe Olga is an amazing Realtor who had my best interest at heart. I don't even know where to begin to praise Nancys Realtor expertise, she excels in every category. Nancy helped my buy my first home, a condo in Carson, and immediately showed her stuff, identifying a short sale property others had overlooked that would be a steal if we could get it done. The process was a bit more difficult than a regular purchase, especially for a first time buyer, but with Nancy guiding the way we made it happen! As my life grew, my new wife and I knew we were going to need something bigger soon. I recommended we use Nancy to help us find something in the South Bay, and again she came through in spades. We saw dozens of houses, and my wife positively loved her right out of the gate. Through her process she helped us lockdown what we wanted/needed in a home along the way, and in the end were able to find and secure our dream home ahead of our first child's birth, with 90+% of our wishlist (huge yard, 4 beds, 2 baths, etc). She even helped us secure contractors and do a HGtv style makeover to house so it would be perfect. Nancy is prompt, professional, warm, knowledgeable and very experienced. She's definitely someone you're going to want to talk to if you're looking for a home, especially if you're a first time home buyer. We'll definitely reach out to her again if we look for more property.
