•Kim listed our home on November 17th, 2024 and it sold 17 days later in a down market in the winter. The listing was right on for price, she had good advice for us but was not demanding that we do anything we were not comfortable doing. After living in our home for 30 years, there were things that needed updating but not expensive. She kept in contact with us throughout the entire process and we had no worries. Her attention to contract detail is amazing and nothing slips by. We appreciate everything she did for us, how she kept us calm and understood our position of moving on and leaving our home. She was sensitive to our needs while protecting us from making decision mistakes, such as making changes that would have been a waste of money. She was always available, answered our questions quickly, yet gave us the space we needed. Kim McCartney is worth every penny of her commission. She has an excellent photographer, does drone video when needed, advertises all over in and out of state. Her behind the scenes activity is awesome and she reached so many people with the listing.
