•From the moment we met Armando he was very friendly, attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. He put our needs and wants as priority and was on top of everything in the purchase of our home. He communicated everything with us and explained in detail so we knew what was happening. He was personable and thoughtful with the many things that were happening in our family and in the world with the pandemic (that was a bit of a uncertainty for us). I can honestly say this was the smoothest transition of buying a home I have ever experienced. It was so easy for us, and the doors kept opening for us to move forward. Overall a wonderful experience and we love our new home! And now that we are in our home Armando has been very easy to get a hold of if we needed anything or have questions regarding our house.
