Great experience working with Juan (Antonio) He is very courteous and also knowledgeable about the real estate market. Recently I purchased a rental property in Yakima. With his help, I was able to secure the property that I had set my sight on. His guidance and insight enabled me to negotiate a fair price and seller contributions to closing cost. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, just good common sense advise that made the experience of buying less stressful and more enjoyable. Patient, knows how to listen. Troy has been in this profession for so many years that I am comfortable putting our life decisions in his hands. He knows financial matters, best offers, legal points and everyone you will be dealing with when it comes to buying or selling a home. I actually felt bad that he spent most of his days, weeks on selling our home but he did it! Very professional experience and I can honestly say I had no worries with selling our home in his hands.
