David recently helped me buy a new home and sell my existing house, (both in Doylestown). I found David to be very enjoyable to work with and totally professional and responsive. Early on, I was clear with David about what I wanted in my new downsized home and David only presented properties to me that met those requirements. Given that my existing home was over 110 years old, David provided very valuable guidance about how to prepare my existing home for sale, telling me what I should fix and where I should not spend my money. Given that my house did have some challenges, I think he did a phenomenal job getting potential buyers in and then explaining how the challenges could be overcome. His photographer was excellent so that the pictures used in the marketing of my house presented it in the very best light. In addition, as a single woman, there were things I couldn't physically do and David did them for me (moving heavy furniture, etc.)
Both the purchase of my new home and the sale of my existing home were a smooth and positive process from start to finish. Throughout both processes, David made me feel like I was his only client, although I knew he had other clients. David followed up with me at every step in the process, routinely asking, ‘How else can I help?”. He even took care of routine maintenance items when I was away for an extended period. He was extremely responsive. On the rare occasion when we didn't connect, he would reply to calls/texts/emails within minutes.
I highly recommend David. If you are looking for a real estate agent, David is your man.
