David Spivack of Keller Williams was professionalism personified. His patience was truly admirable. As a senior citizen and recent widow, I don’t know how I could have gotten through the sale of my home and the purchase of a new home that suited me perfectly. I was not particularly tech savvy and he guided me through mountains of paperwork. His favorite line was, “How can I help?” He was always prepared with resources and recommendations as to professional down-sizers, junk haulers, carpet cleaners, etc. David never lost patience with me, even after showing me an inordinate amount of new homes.
