My name is Long and I am a proud Realty One Group professional. Born into a family of entrepreneurs I have been exposed to buying and selling properties at a very young age which has shaped my love for this profession. Hailing from California and having lived in multiple states before settling in the booming Tampa Bay area you can say that I know a thing or two about the "adventures" of relocating. Prior to joining real estate I held careers in both healthcare and sales which have given me the opportunity to master the art of skilled negotiating while at the same time providing an exceptional individualized care. Being a homeowner myself and having substantial experience in both buying and selling homes (sometimes at the same time and on different states!) I have learned that relocating/buying/selling doesn't need to be extremely stressful - with the right mindset motivation and team with you it can be one of the most rewarding fun and memorable experience in your life. If you want professional, Sebastien is the man to contact!

From the very first contact with Sebastien, he was very professional and knowledgeable about everything I needed to know about purchasing a home. He is also very patient as I was so undecided on what I wanted to look for in my home. He gave me so many options and if one fell through he had a back up ready to go. You’ve got a friend in me

Home buying is stressful and from out of state is more stressful. Everything fell perfectly into place but one. That one set back turned Long into not only a great realtor but he’s now a therapist too! He talked me through tears several times and was always positive with the little delay we endured. He was fast with the emails, messages and questions. Long is the kind of person that I want my friends and family to work with, he does not pressure you like some people do, he’s very calm, cool and collected. When you have Long as your realtor you know you’ll find your perfect home and a new friend.
