•Victor made selling our house a breeze. This was our first time selling, and we had additional steps to take with it being in a trust. He is incredibly easy to work with and super knowledgeable about the process and the market. From the start, Victor walked us through the process and provided constant communication. We had a ton of questions from inspections, to taxes, to escrow and Victor was quick to reach out to his contacts to assist with everything. He's honest, if he didn't know the answer to something, he didn't fluff it. He'd do his research and get back to us right away. I know he had multiple projects going on, but he was extremely present and made us feel like his top priority. He worked efficiently as the liaison between us and the buyer, guided us with timing, and negotiated a great deal. I can't thank him enough for everything he did for us. Victor is the real deal. He's thorough, efficient, thoughtful, and honest. I'd recommend him to anyone and he has won a permanent spot with us for future real estate endeavors.
