•Buying a home cann be stressful, but working with Vanessa Luevano made the entire process smooth, exciting, and genuinely enjoyable. From the very first meeting, she demonstrated an incredible knowledge of the Camarillo market, pointing us to the best neighborhoods that matched exactly what we were looking for. What impressed us most was their professionalism and dedication. They were always available to answer our questions (and we had plenty!), coordinated every showing flawlessly, and gave honest, insightful advice during negotiations that ultimately helped us land our dream home at the right price. Their attention to detail was outstanding—from spotting things during walkthroughs we never would’ve noticed, to making sure every step of escrow went off without a hitch. We always felt like we were in great hands, and that they were truly advocating for us every step of the way. Thanks to Vanessa, we’re now proud owners of a beautiful home in Camarillo that we absolutely love. If you’re looking for a realtor who is not only knowledgeable but genuinely cares about your goals, we cannot recommend her enough! I'm glad my husband and I found her. She went above and beyond just her title.
Mark has the patience of a saint! It had been a very long time since I had sold or purchased a home and I needed a lot of hand holding and guidance. My property was in need of some TCL and deferred maintenance. Mark was able to provide direction as to which elements I should correct to get the greatest return on my investment. He also helped me strategize regarding market valve, open house options and every little detail necessary to get the property into escrow. He is very detail oriented, has excellent follow through on projects and always returns phone calls. Additionally, he has the ability to diffuse delicate situations, and somehow always knows just the right thing to say to set your mind at ease. He will keep you updated on important developments and shield you from unnecessary anxiety provoking issues. Mark is also very thorough, keeps copious notes, and has a great support team at Realty One! I could not have asked for more. Mark is a true gem and he is a pleasure to work with, he will take care of all the details and deliver on his commitment to either sell your home, help you find a home or both...like he did for me! Miraculously, with Mark's savvy real estate skills, I was able to sell a home and buy a home with both transactions closing on the same day. AMAZING accomplishment and I couldn't have done it without Mark's unwavering commitment and dedication. I knew he always had my best interests at heart. I recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone and everyone interested in buying or selling a home.
