Kaylene was very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods we were interested in and did a great job in advising us in preparing our home for sale. Kaylene was knowledgeable about current market in several areas which were targeted by family due to limited budget. Was most accommodating in viewing selected houses on more than one occasion to make a determination which was not rushed or pressured but allowing for full comparison shopping. Very quickly Kaylene became aware of what was priority for the family and ultimately led to a home which was suitable for the moment and even accommodated the family needs to enter and plan for remodeling of the structure which was one of the main reasons we were able to purchase with confidence. Also Kaylene was able to help suggest options available for the remodeling we had planned. Was not only an excellent asset in the home buying process but also quite knowledgeable in recommending interior design!
