Kaylene would get top scores for dedication, tenacity, and determination as it took me 4 years to finally be ready to sell my house and downsize. She never gave up on me. She is incredibly responsive and proactive. She understands the local real estate market and sees the trends developing. Over the years, she gave me excellent advice on the most effective ways to make improvements to the house in order to get it ready for sale. She hosted several open houses and her attention to detail really helped me have the house looking great. Even when we were out of town, she would go by and check on things. We worked together extremely well and I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house.

Long story short, we sold two houses at the same time. Another realtor sold the other house just because we bought it from her and it seemed like the right thing to do. Having two agents operate at the same time was great. Kim was super responsive, always in communication, was on our side as the seller, and gave great advice at every turn. Because of this and other experiences previous to me meeting Kim, I’ll never use anyone but her going forward. She earns her commission as opposed to anyone else. I can’t say enough good things about Kim.
