This was the second time that I used the services of Michael Lehman to sell one of my properties. This one proved to be a little more difficult than the first. Michael continued to find marketing approaches that were outside of the box. He continually communicated all potential leads. We both knew that it would take a "special buyer" to purchase my acreage. He found that buyer and sold it for full asking. I feel fortunate to have worked with him. I couldn't be any happier.

He displayed a deep knowledge of the real estate market in the area we were looking in, and his advice was always spot on. He knew what we wanted and helped us find it. Once we found the home we were dreaming about, he took care of all details, from negotiating a fair price, to ordering inspections, working with the title company, and educating us about the community association we were about to move into.
