Compassionate, patient, thorough, and hard working describes Lisa Cole and her husband Neal. It was a big project to sell my aging parents house from clean out, small upgrades, to getting the house on the market. Throughout the process, the Cole team was engaged as much or as little as the need required. They both have unique talents, excellent communication, and worked extremely hard for us. We set a goal to market and they politely encouraged and held us all accountable to hit our goal as a team. Their strategy to research, stage and price generated 12+ offers prior to the open house selling at 55K over asking. Lisa and Neal masterfully managed multiple ideas on what was best, different personalities, and all the cooks in the kitchen were happy in the end. I would highly recommend Lisa Cole to sell your home.

Neale &Lisa explained in detail the whole process, what to expect and answered every question plain and simple. During this home sale the communication consistent along the journey. We were shocked with how many offers we got and with all the knowledge, communication and experience this team had the house sold on a pre-sale,day before weekend open houses it had the yard sign changed “This Home is Taken”!
