•Toot was a wonderful help when assisting with preparing, staging and showing our home for our sale. She was excellent at communicating what would help and what would not (from pricing, staging and overall appeal). Even when it was a slow start to selling our home, she continued to be confident with us to stay the course, she remained active and persistent with showings and advice on what steps would help us reach out goal of selling. We always felt very comfortable approaching her with our thoughts/concerns as well as her ability to communicate tougher subjects effectively that would help us sell our home. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed having her help with this whole process and will continue to return back to her with any home purchases/sales in the future.
