Melindy it's a fantastic realtor! We were referred to her from our realtor in our previous town. She was able to schedule us quite a few homes to look through in such a short amount of time because of our timeline. She was very patient and once we decided on a home, she never quit working for us. She was able to get us some things fixed in the home and even though they were not done right the first time, she has been on the contractor since then to get it fixed correctly. She is very thorough and excellent time management. I've never had to call and follow up with her. If you need somebody who is efficient and doesn't waste your time, this is your girl!

Having felt with different realtors before, I was skeptical about “just another realtor,” but Jessica changed all of that. From looking at almost fifty different houses, to putting up with “stupid” house buyer questions, Jessica was patient and found out all I needed to know. She made the paper work (the absolute worst part) easy. I would highly recommend her.

I had the pleasure of having Necia as my real estate agent. She helped us sell our house within 1 day of hitting the market! And she helped us buy our dream house. Market knowledge- For being a new agent, Necia had a lot of knowledge on the market. This helped us sell our house for the right price and faster than I would have thought a house could sell for. We also were able to have her opinion on putting an offer on the house we bought. I truly appreciate the knowledge Necia possesses. There were a few things with my scenario that no agent could have predicted and Necia was humble enough to be able to ask and get us the answers we needed. Communication- Her communication with us and the other agents was just outstanding! We were kept updated and she made sure that every party knew exactly where we were at all times in the process. She also made sure that everything was on schedule and that all deadlines were met. Professionalism- Even with certain interactions with other agents (which I would have not maintained by cool), necia was able to resolve all matters in a professional matter. My family and I am extremely grateful that we got Necia to represent us in selling and buying our homes. I would 5 out of 5 recommend using her for your purchase or selling of your home.
