Deanna added the finishing touches to get our house ready for sale. Deanna is experienced and knowledgeable about the market and selling process. She helped us to understand the offers we were getting and what to look for in the offer contracts. We were kept informed on what was going on during the process, the feedback the house was getting for showings. Overall was a great selling experience, was a huge help having her dealing with the admin for us in the background so that we just got the explanation of and just sign the documents. You can tell Deanna loves her job and that makes for great selling experience.

My wife and I have now used Mike Moore for two purchases and one sale. He is very knowledgeable of the Tonto Verde, Rio Verde, and Trilogy markets. He is patient while you work your way through the decision making process and can definitely read the room as far as your preferences. He is resourceful when it comes to service providers in the area as you prepare your house for sale or look to make changes to customize your new home. Additionally, Mike sends out frequent emails to his customers letting them know what’s coming to market. Mike helped with purchases in a cold market where we were able to be aggressive with a our offer and most recently in a hot market where we were competing against another offer. Both situations worked out well. So we’d recommend Mike Moore to anyone looking for a low key knowledgeable realtor with strong people skills!
