Working with Michael Moore was very enjoyable despite a number of snags in the process. One of the issues is we rented our home to friends for January through March so we did not want to bother them. When repair work needed to be done, Mike had reliable workmen who took care of things. Since we had moved out of state, we relied on Mike to keep us in the loop about how things were going and what needed to be done. He was prompt and professional in every instance. He explained all of the steps along the way and never minded being asked to check on things for us. He was easy to talk to and always made us feel comfortable about the process. He definitely went the extra mile to make things go smoothly.

Mike Moore is an easy low pressure, highly competent realtor. Our initial meeting with him was a general discussion of the property, the housing market, his approach to marketing the house and our expectations. It was informative and productive. He then sent us an extensive market analysis. Our second meeting was to list the home and the conversation was quite specific about what we needed to do to ready the property and what he would do to market the property. After this meeting, Mike fulfilled his promises, e.g., erecting the for sale sign, having professional photos taken, getting the word out that a quality home was coming on the market and so forth. Most importantly, he brought quality prospects to view the property and elicited an offer that met our expectations. During the entire process, he was readily available to answer our questions and give us counsel. We recommend him to you without reservations.

From the first call through closing and move out Elisa has been the consummate professional. Truly knows the market and followed our criteria to the letter. Due to health reasons we wanted the sale be conducted on a very low profile with as little exposure as possible and still bring a buyer with a strong offer. Success on all fronts. She is quickly becoming the family’s go to real estate agent (this is her third transaction for our sizable family). Based on past performance as a barometer Elisa has a very bright future.
