Margo took a very difficult situation and turned it into a win-win for buyers and sellers alike. She was careful to follow all the rules but she came up with a very creative solution in our case. We needed to sell, but didn't want to have to see our excellent renters have to move. The tenants didn't want to move, but didn't think they could buy, and Margo came up with some excellent advice and made it so. She made everything very easy, paid attention to a ton of details, and did a fantastic job. I would recommend her to anyone.

Margo is the best! From start to finish she was always on top of things, even when she wasn't feeling well. She answered all of our first-timer questions making the process as easy for us to understand as possible. Thanks to Margo’s consistent effort we found a wonderful home. Later on when the seller tried to back out of the agreed terms of the sale she wouldn't let it happen. I highly recommend Angelique as a real estate agent whether your buying or selling a home. She helped me tremendously through the process when I was going through a short sale. She had to work especially hard because the original lender sold my loan during the short sale process, which made it very difficult to get anything done. Angelique continued to work hard and went the extra mile. Whenever I needed her, she was there. At the end of it all, I ended up selling my home and it was not a short sale and actually made some profit. Without her, I don't think it would have been possible. It has been a couple of years since I sold my home and we have kept in contact. I am currently working with her now to get my credit repaired so I can purchase another house and I will definitely be hiring her to be my agent.
