Margo Kelly very likely is the best real estate agent in the entire universe. Reasons: — perfect execution of professional responsibilities. Very timely turnarounds, attention to details, double and triple and quadruple checking numbers and schedules. Knew all of the twists and turns and potholes on the road to a successful transaction. — Very important for me, Margo has an almost intuitive sense for strategy. At every step she briefed me on what was going on, what would likely be next step and then steps after that. — And still another exemplary qualification is her easy-to-get-along-with communications style. Ours was a complicated situation with a number of people involved. She got along with everybody and brought us together so that both buyer and seller could make the purchase happen for their own best interests.
