Candice came to us as a referral from a family friend, and was highly recommended for anyone needing to move on a tight timeline. We had a mere two months to depart from our previous living situation, and Candice helped us close on our home in record time, expertly guiding us through the first-time home buyer process with steely resolve and supportive empathy. Candice was quick to keep us informed on every step of the process, and made herself very available by phone and email to take questions and offer guidance whenever we needed her. She selflessly negotiated on our behalf to make our move as painless as possible, advocating for us buyers at every turn in everything from negotiating fees to acting on inspection results. She was kind to our family (including our little girl!) and her vendor partners were all a pleasure to work with as well. Even when we experienced closing date setbacks due to issues regarding new 2025 condo standards that took every party by surprise, Candice was hands-on in getting us the best possible support to alleviate the issue, and ultimately help us land a better rate than previously expected - a massive achievement, especially given the challenging lending environment.
