Maria Antoinetta was a great choice for us. We are new to the state of North Carolina and she has been very informative and meticulous upfront with what to expect buying here versus our home state. She gave good feedback and recommendations throughout the whole process. She is a good communicator and was able to relate messages to and from the seller and us in a timely manner. We had a lot of hick ups in this process due to issues with the sellers agent. Chris went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of and made this as easy as possible, he had to go through a lot of hoops for us but exceeded our expectations. I would recommend Chris for any of your buying or selling needs. I only have 5 stars because 10 isn’t an option.
