•Jeffrey was very helpful and comforting with the sale of my house after my husband passed away. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in knowing or researching everything needed in setting this sale up. My husband Scott passed away suddenly without all renovations completed, and Jeffrey advised me well in how to sell it unfinished. (mostly finished though). Jeffrey and his wife Emmaline went above and beyond their call of duty with things, they swept before or after showings, picked up sticks while checking on the house for me. I had moved to be near my daughters, and they made sure everything was always ready for a showing. They kept me informed of everything going on and when it came time to negotiate on a sale price, he was very professional and looked out for my best interest. He set everything up so I didn't need to be present at closing, since it would be hard for me to be there emotionally. I can't express enough how much he has done to help me get everything in the sheds cleaned out and ready to be in the best condition to show. I will be eternally grateful to Jeffrey and his wife Emmaline for their knowledge and support in this sale!
